Shipping Policy - The Basics
At Naked Skncare, we strive to deliver your skincare products in a timely and efficient manner. This Shipping Policy outlines our procedures, shipping options, and other important details regarding the delivery of your order.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been processed and shipped.
Shipping Methods and Costs
We offer a range of shipping options depending on your location. Shipping costs are calculated based on the delivery method and the total weight of your order.
Standard Shipping: 2-5 business days for delivery.
Expedited Shipping: 1-3 business days for delivery.
Express Shipping: 2 business days for delivery.
Free standard shipping is available for orders over $100 (valid for domestic orders only).

Shipping Delays
While we strive to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to circumstances outside of our control, including adverse weather conditions, high order volume, or issues with the postal carrier. We are not responsible for any shipping delays once the order has been handed over to the shipping carrier.
Address Accuracy
To ensure timely delivery, please provide accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. Naked Skncare is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any re-shipping costs.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow 1 hour for tracking information to become available after your order has been shipped.
Shipping Restrictions
Due to the nature of skincare products, some shipping restrictions may apply to specific items or destinations. We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes, international addresses, or certain regions if applicable. If any items in your order are restricted, we will contact you as soon as possible to discuss alternative shipping options.
Lost or Damaged Packages

For lost packages, we will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and may issue a replacement or refund if applicable.
